Florida Fishing Reports, it's spawn time again Jan. 2010

Well it's that time once again here in Central Florida. The bass are in the beginning stages of the spawn.If your timeing is good and the weather is warm around the full and new moons a bass of a life time can be caught. I try not to be the guide that pressures my customers into using or needing wild shinners to catch these fish as for the last 20 years all my trophy size fish personally came using lures. It can be done! Once the bass have spawned the blue gill start to spawn in March and April and a 4-5 weight fly rod can be a blast to fish with.
