Florida Fishing Reports, Fresh Water report 3/2/09

It's been a cold winter and the spawn was starting to take place before we were blasted hard with old man winter frezing temps for several weeks. The Stickmarsh hasn't turned on as of yet like past years but it will not be long before it does. The winds have been strong which has dirtied up the water on the Farm 13 side. Most of our fish have been smaller buc males. If we get on a warming period ( as I am writting this it's 40 outside and blowing )the bigger females will start to move into the shallow stump fields to spawn.Water temps have been 65 degrees and below for some time now.
