Captain Terry Lamielle's Bio
The earliest I can remember I was only 3 years old and my Grandfather took my family to Canada to spend time at a cabin on a lake. This is where my thrill for a bite all started. My first fish was a pickeral, and I can remember it as if it was just the other day. There's not much I remember being so young but this memory has always stayed with me to this day. I moved from Ohio with my parents back in 1962 and our new home was in the Melbourne area and has been up until present day. As a child growing up my priorities were either surfing or fishing. Surfing taken the first priority took up a lot of my younger times, but living on the east coast of Florida there was a lot of flat surf days. This is where my fishing passion took root. From the early days right up until I married my high school sweetheart this was how my life stayed busy.
Even after marriage and two daughters later some priorities changed. Surfing took a back seat to a full time job and raising a family but I always found time to still wet a line.
Still married to the same wife, both my daughters are grown and out on their own, I retired after 27 years in the retail grocery business and now my passion is the way I make a living. Fishing the same waters as a child but sharing these waters with customers that visit the Space Coast of Florida. I guess you could say my life has come full circle. The thrill of the bite is still as exciting as the first but now is shared with others.
